MrShuttle strives to fulfil every client request with excellence and punctuality. To ensure clarity and consistency in our services, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings and transfers.


1. Bookings & Cancellations

  1. We will record your booking details, quote an exact fare, and confirm a scheduled pickup time.

  2. Our computerized booking system ensures that all bookings, no matter how far in advance, are logged and scheduled.

  3. Bookings are subject to availability. Please email us as soon as your travel plans are finalized to avoid disappointment.

  4. All bookings must be confirmed via email by a MrShuttle agent within two (2) business days.

  5. Booking hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 (GMT+2)

  6. Any confirmed booking will be fulfilled as scheduled.

  7. Flight plan changes require 24 hours notice.

  8. Clients must allow adequate time for transfers — at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

  9. Cancellations must be emailed and confirmed by a MrShuttle agent. A booking remains valid until written cancellation confirmation is received.

  10. 24-hour cancellation policy: Full fare applies if not cancelled or amended in writing at least 24 hours in advance.


2. Refund Policy

  • 0–1 day before departure: No refund

  • 2–5 days before departure: 50% refund

  • More than 5 days: Full refund

All cancellations must be sent to info@mrshuttle.co.za. Refunds may be limited by third-party provider policies.


3. Delays, No-Shows & Waiting Times

  1. No-shows after:

  • 20 minutes for local pickups

  • 90 minutes after flight arrival at OR Tambo
    will be billed in full.

  1. We monitor flight delays via ACSA. If your flight is delayed for extended periods, please notify us directly where possible.

  2. For delays inside the terminal (customs, luggage), contact the driver or our office to prevent cancellation.

  3. If no flight update is available 60 minutes prior to scheduled arrival, we assume the flight is on time.

  4. If a flight is diverted or indefinitely delayed after a driver is dispatched, we charge for the original shuttle and schedule a second one at the same rate.

  5. Waiting time charges:

  • R100 per hour (standard)

  • R150 per hour if pre-arranged


4. Service Terms

  1. It is the client’s responsibility to contact MrShuttle if they cannot locate their driver. Failure to do so does not waive any charges.

  2. Clients must notify us if extra luggage space is required — we can upgrade the vehicle to a larger unit (e.g., kombi/minibus).

  3. Multi-stop transfers incur a surcharge of R150 per extra stop.

  4. All toll and fuel fees are included.

  5. Entrance fees to venues are not included.

  6. Transfers before 06:00 or after 22:00 carry a 25% surcharge.

  7. No additional hidden fees — no “meet & greet” or admin charges.


5. Payment & Policy

  1. Prices are based on your final itinerary and subject to change without notice.

  2. Payment is due at least 3 days prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged.

  3. Credit cheques are not accepted.

  4. Late or non-payments (without prior arrangement) will incur 15.5% interest.


6. Conduct

  1. No smoking or alcohol is permitted in our shuttles.

  2. These Terms of Service may change without prior notice. Clients are advised to review them regularly.
